HOW TO TASTE AND PRESERVE OUR PIADINAS.
To taste the real old-style flavour, cook the piadina on a very hot griddle or a nonstick pan for about one minute, and turn it on the other side when you see heat bubbles on the surface.
Use the microwave oven if you desire to prepare some really tasty salad-bowls. You can stuff your piadina with whatever the fantasy suggests you.
Once the pack is open we recommend to store it in the fridge and eat it in a short time .
